You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Include any tags, labels, or accessories that were included with the item.
  • Be purchased directly from our website (not third-party vendors or resellers).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@frnhz.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a return authorization if applicable. Please note that we may request additional information or photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  4. Ship the Item: Once you receive return instructions, ship the item back to us using your own return label (as we do not provide return shipping labels).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, please initiate the return process first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@frnhz.co.uk with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you, and a full refund or replacement will be processed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
